Return & Refund Policy

At KARSO Malaysia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return and refund, subject to the conditions below.

Our Return Policy

• 7-Day Return Period
  You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a KARSO Promo Code, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Item Condition
  Returned items must be unused, clean, unaltered, and in their original condition. Items must not be cut, modified, installed, or customised in any way. All original tags, packaging, and accessories should be included.

• Inspection of Returned Items
  All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item does not meet our return requirements or is found to be in an unsuitable condition, the return may be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.

• Return Shipping Costs
  Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping charges from the order are non-refundable.

• Incorrect or Wrong Item
  If KARSO sends you the wrong product, incorrect car model, incorrect variant, or an item that differs from what you ordered, we will cover the return arrangement and provide the appropriate resolution.

• Responsibility During Return
  The customer is responsible for the item until it has been successfully received by the KARSO warehouse. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• Incorrectly Returned Items
  KARSO Malaysia will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or do not belong to the relevant order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
