We focus on real-world performance and fair pricing. Every Karso product is tested in Malaysian weather and road conditions before we sell it. We don't pay for celebrity endorsements or fancy retail packaging — that's how we keep prices honest.

Currently we only ship within Malaysia (West and East). We're focused on serving Malaysian drivers first. International shipping isn't available right now, but it's something we're considering for the future.
Car Care Products - Within West Malaysia typically arrive in 2–4 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) takes 5–7 business days. Custom made Car Mat - Our production takes 3-5 business days to process the car mat before shipping out.
Yes. All purchases are protected by Shopee Guarantee or TikTok Shop's protection policy. If a product arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing, or has a manufacturing defect, you can request a refund or exchange directly through the platform you bought from.
Soft TPE car mats.
TPE stands for Thermoplastic Elastomer — a modern material that combines the durability of plastic with the flexibility of rubber. Unlike hard plastic mats (TPV) that feel stiff and rigid, Soft TPE has a cushioned feel that's closer to rubber, but more durable. It's also less likely to crack, smell, or warp.
Soft TPE stays comfortable to step on, doesn't crack in extreme heat, doesn't fade as quickly, and is less likely to retain odours over time. Hard TPV tends to feel like stepping on hard plastic, makes noise, and can become brittle after extended sun exposure.

Karso mats are non-toxic and odourless, even under hot sun. They're free from the strong rubber-and-chemical smell that's common with cheaper rubber or PVC mats. Safe for families, kids, and pets.
No. Each mat has anti-slip Velcro strips on the back that grip the car's stock fasteners (or carpet). The mat stays in place — important for safety, since loose mats can interfere with pedals.
Yes. Karso Soft TPE Car Mats come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including material breakdown, seam separation, and Velcro failure under normal use.
Easy. Shake out loose dirt, vacuum, or rinse with water and mild detergent. Air dry. The closed-cell TPE doesn't absorb water, so the mats dry quickly and don't develop mildew like fabric or coil mats.

Typically 3–6 months, depending on driving conditions, parking environment, and how often the car is washed. Garaged cars and gentle hand-washes extend life. Daily harsh-condition driving will shorten it.
